3. The production time is about 5-10 business days ( Depend on order queue for that moment ) and the delivery time is about : 8-12 business days for registered airmail : 4-6 business days for EMS. Normally you will get your order items within 2-4 weeks after you made the payment . We guarantee that if 6 weeks after you made the payment but the shipment still not reach your address , We will take action response for you.

4. The tracking number will provide as soon as the shipment being send which may take time about 5-10 business days after you made the payment. ( You can login to our website to check it by yourself )

5. Sometime we can not provide some of your order items because of the accidentally temporary out of stock which may occur . We will partially refund for the cost of items which we can not provide plus the difference of shipping cost . Sorry for inconvenience occur in advance.
